This song was written in a Jazz pop style and sits well with my previous tracks Charlie So Good and Anything can shake your tree . It features the infamous Roland TR909 rhythm composer, a live percussionist, two guitars, sax, trumpet, trombone piano and synths.
It is all about temptation, which is depicted well in the visuals, we used some AI in this video too, mainly on the backgrounds which were initially shot on green screen.
The video was shot over several days and features a grand piano and I wore quite a few different outfits, hopefully adding more interest to the visuals.
It has an 80’s vibe to it, and is perhaps a little similar to Sade, I did the vocals with a more breathy sound and a softer approach than usual.
The chorus is pretty catchy, and the brass section is very punchy.
I enjoyed this track, however it took a long time editing the video and trying to get the story I had in my head right , I think its finally there.
